11.5 INCHES IS NOT MINI!Now, it is entirely my fault because I did not read through the entire description, if I had, I would not have ordered them.That being said, they are very sturdy, so if you are looking for long tongs for tight spaces, they are a good option.However, if you are looking for a small tongs, these are not them!
I'm not sure why I thought these were smaller. Maybe because the description says "mini". They're still pretty big. They match the size of my medium-size standard spring tongs. I wanted them for grabbing things from jars and pulling things out of the air fryer. It still works, but I was hoping they were smaller. So far I've used them for bacon and flipping meatballs.The design is simple, no-nonsense; metal piece with natural outward tension coated with silicone and grippy striations at the tips. They're easy to use and you don't have to fiddle with a spring mechanism while you're attempting to use them with one hand.
