These are my go-to oven mitts that get used all the time

I got these silicone glove mitts because I love the color of these and also because the description said the fingers were longer, yet, the fingers are still too short in these mitts. But, I still like them. They are easy to clean if they get dirty on the outside. The silicone these mitts are made from is very soft and pliable, not hard or stiff. When pulling things out of the oven, these are more flexible, which makes them more functional than other silicone mitts i've had. The grip with the mitts on is also good. These have become my go-to oven mitts and the colors is so pretty. I also like the silicone pads that come with this set. They make good trivet when pulling hot items out of the oven or microwave. All in all, this is a really nice set that I am very pleased with.

Very nice and strong

I love the color I chose, and the gloves are kind of heavy and big... The silicone is a good quality and thick and same with the hot pads.. everything is absolutely lovely and clearly high quality. So why is it only four stars?Well, on the inside it's a super soft cottony type material that's white and clearly absorbent... When I'm in a kitchen or grill situation I don't want to have to wash my hands before I put on my oven mitts! But if I don't these are going to get destroyed on the inside with grub on my fingers and hand... On the other hand, even if I do wash my hands immediately before using them my hands will still be wet or damp and that's still going to mess with that super soft inside material I think.It did occur to me that that extra thick soft material on the inside has to do with some of the flame and heat resistance... So... I'm not 100% sure where the balance needs to be here. But I knocked them down a star because I don't think I'm actually going to use them sometimes just because my hands will be grubby or wet. They do have a nice hook on both the tops of the gloves and a hole on the hot mats so all of it can be hung to look beautiful in the kitchen... Shown with a standard household size pair of scissors for size reference.
