If I could give it 100 stars I would!

Ok let me start off with I make LOTS of different kinds bread and I have a ceramic tile island. I have a large cutting board that I used to roll dough out. And it would slip and slide. I had enough! So I found this! OMG!!!!!! I AM COMPLETELY IN LOVE!!!!!!! I can roll my cinnamon rolls out and don't have to worry about making a mess and getting dough or mixture in my grout lines! I bought the 36x24 I am so glad I bought this size! It thick enought to withstand cutting on it but thin enough to fold up and put it in my cutting board drawer! The durability of this mat is astronomical! It lays completely flat no creases from being folded. I just can't express enough how much I love this mat. It literally stores away and not to bulky or in the way. The clean up is extremely easy! A wet wash cloth to get the majority of the flour off. Spray with a counter top cleaner. Then wipe again with a wet washcloth dry with a paper towel or dish towel fold up and put away! That's how easy it is! I seriously wish I would have bought one sooner!
