Benefits outweigh the disadvantages
This is a stainless steel spatula with a silicon covered tip. I hate plastic spatulas and I was looking for something better to use in non stick frying pans. This one gets the job done!It is a medium weight spatula but the silicon covered tip is strong and it easily slides under food. The silicon seems to be heat resistant to a high temperature. I also used it on cookies on a non-stick cookie sheet and it worked just fine.It is dishwasher safe but food seems to stick to the tip. I ended up having to scrub it to get the food off. So one star deducted for that. The food seems to stick at the juncture of where the silicon tip joins the stainless steel. There is a hole in the handle so this spatula can be hung. I think a price of a little over $12 is a little high, but it actually works! So I can recommend this product and you would have e to decide if it's worth a slightly inflated price.

Works well on non stick
I like thinner spatulas and have some non stick. This is a good option if you dont want plastic spatulas. Even with the silicon end its still pretty thin and light. Its able to get under eggs no problem and wont scratch your pans. I can flip a fried eggs no problem. Quality seems good (hopefully the silicon) holds up. I would not use this on ripping hot cast iron obviously because it would melt, but should be fine for a moderately hot non stick pan. It is easy to clean with a sponge. Overall good.

Excellent addition to the kitchen.
Update- After seveal weeks of use, this has become my first choice of all my spatulas, and I have many type but none that are hybrids. I find the silicon edge on a stiff spatule very useful. I use it like a squeege to clean out the bottom of the skillet. I felt this was worth my time to update the review.Lebabo Silicone Spatula Is a good addition to the kitchen. The blade edge to edge width is good and the blade is thin but stiff. The handle feels good when using it. The angle of the handle from the blade of the spatula is great. It is mostly metal with a thin silicon leading edge and a comfortable handle gripI was leery of the silicon strip attached to the leading edge of the slotted spatula. I will not know for months how heat durable it is, but I cannot see any obvious problems. I attempted to remove the silicon edge from the spatula giving it a slight tug, but it held in place. I used it on sunny side up fried eggs (see video). I cook 3 eggs in the same skillet and need to separate one and usually struggle cutting through the thin but tough membrane that develops on the bottom of the egg, The silicon edge was thin enough and firm enough to easily cut through the membrane without any damage to the non-stick pan, My OXO flexible nylon spatula has issues with this plus the tip has become bent over time. I need to bake some cookies to give the Lebabo a try.I thought about giving it 4 stars because they advertise it as a fish spatula. Fish spatulas usually have a much longer blade than this one and the blade is flexible. This is still an excellent spatula worthy of 5 stars.

The Spatula That Finally Let Me Flip Fish Without Turning It Into Fish Confetti
I bought this because I wanted a fish spatula that wouldn’t destroy my nonstick pans or my fragile ego. The stainless core feels sturdy, but the silicone edge is the real hero here. It slides under eggs and fish without scraping, and it has just enough flex to get under things cleanly without launching them across the kitchen. Also, it handles heat like a champ, because I have absolutely forgotten a spatula on the edge of a hot pan before, and this one did not melt into modern art.The slots drain grease well, so flipping burgers doesn’t come with an extra oil bath, and pancakes don’t end up soggy. The handle is comfortable and feels secure even when your hands are damp, which is important when you’re doing “one confident flip” and hoping nobody saw the first three attempts. Nice Design, but Not Quite What I Hoped For
I really loved the look of this spatula, and I had high hopes. I use stainless steel whenever I can, but with my non-stick pans I still need something with a silicone edge — so this seemed perfect on paper.After testing it, I have mixed feelings about the functionality. The overall quality seems fine. It’s very lightweight, which is fine for me but some people may prefer something heavier. The silicone edge is soft (good scratch resistance) and flexible, and depending on what you’re cooking that may be great — but I personally prefer a bit more firmness so I can move food around more easily.My biggest concern is the cleaning. The spatula has two different materials joined together, and I can’t take it apart. That always worries me because it could trap food or bacteria in the seam. Maybe that’s just my clean-freak side, but it’s something I pay attention to with kitchen tools.So overall, it works and the design is nice, but it’s not quite the right fit for me. I’m giving it 3 stars, even though I really wanted to love it.
