very nice pans, bigger than they used to be.
I bought these jumbo 6 cup pans in 2019. They have been great (light use). In fact, I decided to order another pair, which just came yesterday, so that I can bake more muffins at a time. Imagine my surprise that they’re not the same. The material feels different and they are noticeably larger now. Which means I can’t stack them with the old ones. I don’t mind that they are larger, I like that actually. It’s just a surprise, and now some of my muffins will be different sizes. oh well.

I like to bake muffins and needed some new pans. I read about the silicone variety and because of the great price decided to give these a try. Can't praise on their baking abilities and quality. Their easy to clean and the muffin just pop right out of them without any greasing, spraying or liners. The are a bit flimsy because their not like a regular metal pan but it's no problem for me in exchange for all of the other good qualities.

Fantastic large muffin/cake pan
I bought a couple of these muffin pans for making Texas sized muffins and cupcakes. I wasn't expecting the quality that came with this, but I am extremely satisfied the construction and the way they work. You do give up the sturdiness of the metal pans, but this avoids the paper cups [and having to peel that off] and gives a very nice texture to the muffin itself, as the sides are much more like the top.I tried these muffin pans with and without spray with slightly varied results. The finished product was the same from pan to pan, but extracting the muffins became an entirely different thing. Without spray, you could still peel back the sides and more or less push the muffin out. It was not a hard thing to do and there were no broken muffins, but it did take a little time and there was some sticking.With spray, I literally just dumped the muffins over and all 6 just flew out of the pan like they were glad to be rid of it. It was literally like a second to release vs the 2-3 minutes when not using the spray. The one surprising thing is that once treated with the spray, I have done up to 6 batches without putting any more spray on at all.This muffin pan is highly recommended if you like really large muffins and cakes. The cooking process was extremely easy and cleanup couldn't be easier either. Just toss it on the top rack of the dishwasher or dip in dishwater, rub a bit, and shake it out.

I tried it and it worked great at 400 F placed on a metal tray. The total volume of the 6 cups is about a quart, so you can make sure you have the right quantity by pouring from a 4c. measuring cup. It helps to coat the inside of the cups with oil or ghee.

Was not sure if I would like these or not and was afraid to pay a higher price for them. Totally worth the bet. Comes with 2 silicon pans. I will no longer go back to metal. I use the large parchment liners and make bigger muffins. Family loves them. Easy to remove muffins and very easy to clean.
