I need to emphasize that silicone is heavy. But that said, this is a beautiful set. They feel different from the hard glass wood loose site cutting boards we’ve had for so many years. The selection of sizes is very convenient. I can do different things and different areas of the counters. We like them.
I use this for meat uses. Easy to clean. I store it under my regular wood cutting board on my countertop. It makes the wood cutting board non-slip, so this product serves two uses!I wish they made larger sizes though.
Bought the green set for veggies first and there are no cut marks, any staining comes out after a few washes, and I loved them so much I bought a red set for meats.
I've had mine for 8 months and thought they were great. Yes, you need to rinse/brush it off before the DW, otherwise you see the outline of what you previously cut. HOWEVER, today I happened to fold it the opposite way than what you would if you had cut food on it. I see deep cut marks! I cannot see any cutmarks when it is flat, but they are there! The info says "not easy to breed harmful things in the scratches" on silicone, but these are deep cuts that visually disappear when it's flat. Now what??? I don't want plastic ones, and wood ones are a bother to clean. Ugh.

Works better than expected. Wanted to get away from microplastics or face my daughter’s wrath. Dishwasher safe. So far no staining or obvious cuts.
These are great cutting boards. I love them so much I bought six sets and gave them as gifts for Christmas. I've been trying to get away from the microplastics that contaminate food with plastic cutting boards. I searched extensively until I found these. They do have a certification that they are truly food grade silicone. They are nice easy to use and heavy and grip well to the counter. They hold up well and so far I've had them two months with no knife marks. I use very sharp Henkels pro series knives and so far so good! They're great because you can flex them to pour the chopped food into your bowl or pan. I'm glad I wasn't swayed by the poor reviews. I have no idea how those people cut through these without trying really hard to do so. They seem like they'll last a very long time if you take good care of them. I also toss them in the dishwasher and they do great!
