A Must-Have for Any Gilmore Girls Fan!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:I have owned one of these cups before, and I had it for over a year (I previously had the blue to pink gradient one with the Sanrio characters on it). Unfortunately, I lost that one, so I repurchased one in a new pattern. The entire time I had my first one, it remained PERFECT. No scratching, no dents, nothing, and I absolutely dropped it a bunch. It kept drinks cold for 12+ hours with no ice, and was of course, adorable.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:Many of the reviews that show the image scratching off of the outside of the cup were ABSOLUTELY washed improperly. For washing the inside of the cup, wash normally. For washing the outside of the cup, DO NOT use ANYTHING scratchy on the exterior. Ideally, you should only really need to rinse the outside, or put some soap on it and rub it with your hands to get off any grime. If necessary, ONLY USE THE SOFT PART OF THE SPONGE ON THE OUTSIDE. It is common sense that you should not use something scratchy on a transfer image (despite the fact that the image is in fact, very high quality and can withstand quite a bit.) Keep in mind, you CANNOT PUT THIS CUP IN THE DISHWASHER under any circumstances. It comes with instructions that specifically state this.ACTUAL OPINION:My cup came perfectly intact and had absolutely no flaws. No scratches, no image imperfections, no broken straw, nothing, and it got here in less than a week. I did, however, order some extra straws from another seller for a few bucks just in case the straw had broken during shipping. This cup is 10x better than a Stanley. Not only is it super cute for Sanrio fans or fans of different characters or shows, but it works just as well and is much more affordable.This time I am going to keep very close track of it so that I don't end up losing it like the last one. I am certain it will last me years and years. Just like anything you truly value, just take care of it and use common sense and yours will last indefinitely.

The paint did come off a little in one spot on the thermal from a ding, but even Stanley thermals are not scratch resistant as my Stanley has lost someof the paint.
