30 Piece Silverware Set has everything you need
A week before Thanksgiving, my husband casually informed me that he had invited 2 co-workers to our Thanksgiving dinner. I hadn't hosted a holiday meal in years; additionally, we were in the middle of moving to our new house and I didn't have the time or patience to track down flatware for 4 people (which, for me, is a crowd). Luckily this set arrived just in the nick of time and I had one less thing to worry about. The black color is different and striking and the quality is excellent. We have run the set through the dishwasher several times without any visible spotting or fading, so keeping them clean is a breeze. You get everything you need for a place setting of up to 6 people. Really happy with this flatware set.

Cutlery that doesn’t quite cut it.
Some aspects of this cutlery set are very nice, but the look of it leaves something to be desired.What we liked the most was the “heft.” The pieces are stainless steel and feel substantial without being heavy. The lengths are also nice. There’s a modern trend to smaller utensils, e.g., spoons that look more like demitasse spoons than standard table setting spoons. These are “full-sized.”The knives are serrated, not flat, butter knives. You won’t need to include steak knives for your guests, unless you’re serving them a really tough piece of meat.The only available color is black. We’ve found that black silverware tends to go off-color in spots after dishwashing, creating a staining effect. These don’t. They maintain the same black color—nice.What we didn’t like was the design. The advertiser terms it “hammered cut”, giving it a “luxury feeling.” We didn’t find that true. The cutlery looks like it has a shiny, raised bamboo design, which isn’t attractive but gives it a non-slip grip. It feels nice in the hand, but you wouldn’t know it from the look.Best as an everyday set. Not top drawer.

Stylish, Sturdy, and Surprisingly Fancy for Daily Use
I was looking for a nice set to add to our hosting of this years holiday meals and while the pictures look good, I must say that these look and feel much fancier in person than I expected. The black textured design is bold without being loud, and it pairs perfectly with our earth-tone ceramic bowls. Decent starter set of silverware in a modern, stylish pattern.I appreciate how they were packed - boxed and individually wrapped. The color is dark carbon/gray/black that works perfectly with the shape and the design of the set. I had to take off one star because even though they were packed so well, some already have scratches. This tells me that the shiny finish likely won't wear as well as I could hope for.They are easy to use, the perfect sharpness and pointy-ness for usability.
