This deep pie pan was a little pricier than others I looked at but I chose it because it said it's made out of borosilicate glass which should make it handle temperature changes better.It does come with a label sort of glued in that easily pulls up but does leave residue behind. Mix 2 parts baking soda and 1 part olive oil to make a paste. Let the paste sit on the glue residue for a little while and then lightly scrub before the paste dries. It shouldn't take too much elbow grease to remove.
