Perfect for RV storage!

A Must Have
I've seen different styles by many companies of the under the sink organizers. I was torn between 2 different ones and opted for this one. I actually bought 2 sets. Everything under the sink is so organized. Everything I need is easily accessible, very convenient, sturdy, and functions great! You can screw it down or it works just as well without the screws. Everything you keep in it is well packed and neat.

Pretty good organizer
I purchased one of these simple housewares two tier sliding cabinet drawers. The instructions are mostly pictures which I was able to follow until I got to step 7 which indicates putting two screws in the back of the system. The screws just seem to screw into nowhere. I tried contacting the company via the phone number they provided. However, once you press the button for the right brand, it indicates that you have to email them with certain information and what the problem is. What's the sense of including a phone number if you can't speak to anyone? This is why I gave the item three stars. I have emailed the company and I'm waiting for a response. The item itself seems to be sturdy enough where I have placed it, which is in the bottom of my bathroom vanity. However some customers have complained that they have had to do additional measures to make the item more secure. The item seems to meet my needs as far as organizing and seems easy to clean. You do have to be careful when sliding out the top drawer as it can tilt downwards. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. However, the customer service could be better because if you include a phone number, you should be able to talk to someone not have to email as not everyone can use email.
