It's a great set and must have accessory for our Ninja machine the top mat is perfect to help let things air dry and keep things secure the bottom mat is also perfect and it does help slide the machine around to help clean around it but we found it to slippery while making our espressos so we flipped it to and it worked perfect for us
Working well just as expected but I’m also no barista. It makes great coffee and very nice foam on the milk. It works best with coffee grounds that are not so thin. Otherwise the filtering piece often stays with water behind. I called customer service about this issue and was basically told that it just works that way with fine grounds. I like my Bustelo coffee which comes already ground so I just deal with the wet spent coffee grinds.
Works perfect and just what I needed to be able to store stuff on top
I got this mat set for my Ninja espresso machine to make cleanup easier and to protect my counters, and it is a perfect fit for the machine. The bottom pad keeps my white quartz counters clean and safe from acidic coffee, while the top silicone mat prevents items from sliding or falling off the machine during use. In practice, I decided to use only the top mat. The bottom mat makes it very easy to slide and move the machine, which is convenient for cleaning, but it also causes the machine to shift when I’m trying to rotate the portafilter into the group head, which I find annoying. I’d rather lift the heavy machine when I need to move it than deal with that sliding. Overall, the mats work exactly as designed, are well made, and make both cleanup and daily espresso prep more convenient, so I have no complaints. It just….slides very easily.
This set includes both the top mat and the bottom mat. The bottom is thin and has a rubber top and a soft bottom to make it easy to move the coffee machine. The top is all silicon and has an edge to help keep it on the machine. It adds extra space to place some of my coffee accessories. It’s also easy to clean.
