In the process of using it, its performance is excellent. It does not deform during transfer and does not stick my pizza. It allows my pizza to enter the oven smoothly and perfectly, which saves me a lot of time.
First thing when you get this that you notice is that there are a lot of pieces in the box…and you luckily get to put it all together lol it has detailed instructions so it takes about 15 minutes to do but I definitely wasn’t prepared to have to do that when I opened it. The functionality is really nice…it slides back and forth with ease. This is ideal for homemade pizzas to place them in the oven for cooking. It comes with an extra oil cloth as well as a pizza cutter and server. The server looks more like a pie server to me not a pizza slice server. The cutter is super nice and very good quality. It may be my favorite thing. If you plan on making a lot of home made pizzas this is a great, affordable option to keep from burning your hands on the oven.
It is made of metal and solid wood, which looks very sturdy. I have tried pushing and pulling this sliding pizza crust, and the process is very smooth without any lag. Overall, it was a good shopping experience this time.
