OK I did show off a little bit with these. They’re so adorable. I was able to cook steak to share, shrimp to share, spicy cornbread to share and macaroni and cheese. The tapas-like pans were the darling of the tablescape! We did have a big bowl of salad to share. Wow! I was grateful for this purchase.Sometimes eating for one, it is a good serving. I just recalled the wooden base was extremely necessary with the hot cast iron. I placed them under each hot pan.

Nice you can personalize a pan for each guest.

These are fine. They’re good quality. Make sure you season them first. We use parchment paper really helps them clean up after lasagna, artichoke dip and sticky things.

Perfect size and after using them they are non-stick.

I use these little pans at least three times a week. I make my morning eggs in them. I have to use 2 of them though because they do not have lids. If they had lids I would have given them 5 stars. They make the perfect size egg (I use 2 eggs) for a breakfast sandwich. I even put cheese on top and cover it with one of the other pans to get it to melt. No problems with sticking. I have used these for at least 6 months on a nearly daily basis and have been pleased with them. When I want to eat in my home office, the wooded coasters are great because the protect my desktop as well as my hands when I take them in there to work.
