Pretty Teapot
This teapot is small - it brews enough for up to three people. This pot doesn't actually heat the water. You heat the water in another container and then pour it into this one. It filters loose tea easily. It looks really nice and functions well. My only complaint is that I think the price is a bit high compared to comparable products. So far, this is holding up well to regular use.

Expensive & not magical, does the job
My American husband has grown to be a bit of a tea snob. This seemed like it could be a fun addition to the tea fun in our home! And it is! It's very easy to use/figure out. I dont believe there were any instructions because it came with a nice looking gentle brush and some sponge things and we have no idea what to do with that. Perhaps some type of cleaning that we don't do!My husband prefers to drink enormous mugs of tea, like an entire brewed pot in one go, so this is definitely aimed for folks that don't drink in large quantities at kne time since the size is approximately half of our teapot. It functions perfectly, though I am not sure what is magical about it... we may be doing something wrong, though the tea sleeps fine. You heat the water on your kettle or stove or microwave whatever to desired temp, pour it over the tea leaves in the top portion, let it steep for whatever time is needed, then press the button to release the brewed tea into the bottom portion. We just do that 2-3 times to get his ridiculous large cup.Absolutely no complaints about this EXCEPT the cost. At the time I ordered, it was quite high. I hope this goes down because it really makes a fine gift for the tea lover both fresh or seasoned!
