Quality and fit combined
I purchased this dish rack to replace a previous “stainless steel” drainer that eventually rusted. I liked that old one so much that I actually cleaned it and repainted it twice with Rust-Oleum—very time-consuming—so I finally decided to replace it properly. I couldn’t find anything locally, so I turned to Amazon. After narrowing dozens of options down to three, this one stood out for its larger capacity and sturdier construction. I have an uneven double-bowl sink, and this rack fits perfectly inside the smaller sink, leaving my larger sink fully usable with no counter space taken up—exactly what I needed. The 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, but it’s important to note that it is not completely rustproof, especially in harsher environments. Here in Florida, where water is highly chlorinated, I take the extra step of occasionally applying a light coating of spray vegetable oil as added protection. It’s a simple, inexpensive way to extend the life of any metal rack. The rack itself feels solid, well-balanced, and holds more than expected for its size. The quality is comparable to my previous one and will last longer with the occasional application of oil. What really impressed me was the company itself. They offer a lifetime warranty, and when I registered mine (using a translation app since they’re a Chinese company), I received a kind, thoughtful email response indicating they were a small company and asked for a review. They even provided clear step-by-step instructions on how to leave a review. At the bottom was a personal note that said,“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body.”Signed by Chris. That small personal touch truly inspired me to write this review.I normally don’t leave reviews, but this product — and the people behind it — genuinely deserve one. I’m very happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it.
