Finally Know What I’m Actually Eating

Does a lot of the math for me
This is a great size. It's slim, but wide enough for me to be able to use the display screen. The screen is bright and easy to read. It uses 4 AAA batteries that are included. It was easy to set up in the app. It not only shows the weight of the food that you want to weigh, but when you enter the item, you're weighing it will tell you the nutritional info such as calories, fat, carbs, protein, ect. You can track your meals each day with the app too. I have been counting calories for a few years now and it's nice to have a scale that does a lot of the calculations for me. I like that it displays it on the app as well as the scale. I like that I can change the unit of measurement. Sometimes I weigh things in ounces and sometimes I weigh in grams. My husband uses it for weighing out freezer bags of meat, so he likes to weigh it in lbs. It works well for both of our needs. It's great. It's a great price too. I love it.

Very compact
I buy a lot of my meat uncut so I can cut it to my liking and save money. I also like to grind up the trimmings to make my burger patties. I have been using the same clunky scale for a long time. This one is a lot smaller and very accurate. I haven't used the smart nutrition functions very much but I have used them and it is easy to keep track of. As long as it keeps working like it does, I have no reason to get a different one. Why would I? Its great and I can slip in a drawer.

Nice little scale
It seems as if the older I get, the more difficult it is to maintain my weight. That's where I hope this scale will help.I’m impressed with this Smart Nutrition Food Scale! The LED display is bright and easy to read, and the 1g precision makes meal prep so much more accurate. When connected to the app it tracks calories, fat, carbs, and protein, taking all the guesswork out of healthy eating. My main goal is to maintain very low carbs. I was also very pleased to see that it recognized more uncommon grocery items. Don't see something you often purchase? Just add the details from the package and it will store it for future use!It's easy to read, the weight is actually spot on and (so far) everything tested matched the package (calories, carbs, sodium, etc).The only disappointment was the number of required batteries. FOUR AAA batteries. It comes with the first set and I'm hoping they last a long time.

I used the QR code to download the app and it changed the whole look of how my phone looks and I have not been able to figure out how to change it back

Once You Get The Hang Of It, It’s Easy
As someone who has a regular scale seeing one like this is new for me. The scale comes with the basic set up instructions but there aren’t any instructions on how to navigate through the app. The scale itself is basic and self explanatory.After setting up an account on the app I was so lost on what to do. I played around with the app a little to get a better understanding of how it works with the scale. You would type in the food item by the specific meal time and the scale will calculate the weight. The potato’s weight kept fluctuating a little. In the app pictures I included you can change the weight of the food item, if it’s needed. For the price you can’t beat this because there are normal scales out there that cost more than this and only weigh items.I will come back with a later review after playing with the app more.
