I am really loving this smart nutrition food scale. Not only does it accurately weigh everything I need, but it also gives a surprisingly good estimate of calories and nutritional information for many of the foods I eat regularly. That makes meal prep and tracking much easier if you are doing that!It includes some built in foods, but there’s also an app that allows you to add more foods if needed. I haven’t had a chance to fully use the app yet, but it’s nice knowing the option is there for more detailed tracking. One of my favorite features is the slim design. It’s not bulky at all, which is a big deal for me since I have limited counter and storage space. My previous scale took up much more room, so this is a big improvement.Overall, this is a great smart scale that combines functionality, convenience, and a space saving design. I’m very happy with it so far.
This smart nutrition food scale has been an absolutely amazing addition to our apartment kitchen, especially since it brings so much versatile tracking power and incredibly easy use for our meal prepping! Right off the bat, the vibrant TFT display is fantastic, truly allowing my wife to see all the nutrition facts instantly while she's weighing ingredients, which is a huge plus. My wife absolutely loves how much it helps her stay on track with her fitness goals, and it’s been a game-changer for managing our daily intake. This scale feels like a truly appealing option for anyone needing a high-performing and smart device to keep their health in check.A really nice touch is how incredibly capable and accurate this scale is. Weighing in 1g increments is fantastic for getting those portions just right, whether we are measuring out protein shakes or baking. The built-in database with over 50 foods and 23 nutrients is awesome, providing instant insights into calories, protein, and carbs without having to look everything up manually. Plus, the tare function works perfectly, which is a huge convenience for excluding the weight of containers. It's a very solid and robust piece of equipment that looks great sitting on our counter instead of being hidden in a drawer. My one little thing, however, is that while the scale is incredibly functional, it does tend to time out a bit quickly if you aren't actively adding items. It’s not a deal-breaker at all, and getting into the habit of having everything prepped and ready to go helps, but a slightly longer auto-off timer would be a tiny added convenience for those more complex recipes. Also, you definitely want to download the companion app to get the most out of the tracking features, as it records your trends over time, though it takes a moment to get everything synced up initially. Once you have it set up, it works perfectly and delivers fantastic data for your daily reports. All in all, I'm really happy with this smart nutrition scale. It works perfectly, delivers fantastic functionality and impressive accuracy for our apartment kitchen, and is a very appealing option for keeping our meals organized and healthy. My wife is super happy with it, and I'm super happy with its great performance and how easy it makes tracking macros for our daily diet. It’s definitely a high-quality tool that takes all the guesswork out of nutrition, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to level up their meal prep game!
After getting this scale, it was clear to me that my old was was being retired to storage. In fact this is the best scale I've ever used. I have been getting more and more into meal prep and when I saw this scale I thought it would work perfectly simply because it was be a quick way to get macros into my phone. My body weight scale connects to my phone so why shouldn't my food scale!! Total awakening for me. It looks super sharp, it's not too big on the counter and I love how it's so slim. It does a great job weighing items and if you scroll through the pre defined foods you can weigh stuff easily. Really highly functional scale and the app connectivity has been a huge W for me. It wipes clean fast and really has helped reduce my meal prep stress quite a bit so I can highly recommend it to others.
I wanted to mention that the kuaivo smart nutrition scale works and is pretty nice. What i am finding is that it automatically converts your food into the various dieticians units such as grams of protein, carbs, sugars instantly based on the food you've selected. For ease of use you download the app and you can select the foods you get to regularly , note that you can use without the app, it will just take some scrolling through a bunch of dinning options. What's nice is that it takes a bunch of guesswork out of macros that aren't individually wrapped. Tons of dieting error as well as overall woes can be attributed by manually having to convert everything stoichiometrically yourself (or internet/AI search) - when it comes time to be conscientious, a huge obstacles I've found for myself is just knowing what I am in for from a nutrititive perspective. This takes all guesswork out. The battery life is nice, and the scale itself seems pretty accurate. Also, use for just overall kitchen scale stuff is pretty good too - tons of kitchen scales can end up costing a fortune with half of the ease of use this one has. Out of all the things I've come across on vine this one is certainly up there with the "products I will tell my friends and family about" category for sure. At this price point, you'd be lucky to get a tiny digital scale with any reliability. Although I've yet to fact check the nutrition guide points I assume they're pretty close. Additionally, with the unit off hou can just wipe it down gently, the scale survace and the display surface are flush so there is no fussing around with a bunch of 3d surfaces like other kitchen scales. Therefore, if you're thinking about grabbing one of these I'd say just go for it I can't think of a single reason to dock it anything close to a star or say anything negative, really - but this thing looks like it will be one of those items that pays for itself.
