Great cup
So far, this is an almost perfect cup. Easy to use, no complicated directions. Press the button, it goes on. Set the temperature, done. Auto off or press the button again. Perfect temperature for me. Great size. Holds my coffee, creamer and cold foam, if I’m in the mood. My only critique is that the handle is thin and not very comfortable to hold, especially with arthritic hands. Well worth the price. I do not use the app. You don’t need it.

Received my coffee mug today. I charged it and so far it is holding my set temperature. It's a great product, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the color. It shows a beautiful blue color which is what I expected. What showed up is a very dark blue. Not worth sending back as it works great. Very disappointed with the color.I love this cup. Changing my rating to 5 stars. The color wasn't what I expected but it's the perfect cup..

This Wins for Capacity, Insulation, Design & Performance!
This is my fourth electric mug purchase in my ongoing pursuit of perfection in this category. I take my coffee drinking very seriously - I roast my own beans and I have honed my espresso skills to a fine art. When I make my mug of morning coffee I want it to be hot, very hot from start to finish. I had my very 1st cup of coffee in the summer of 1976 when I got a summer intern job at Hewlett-Packard, they poured it from the engineering coffee pot and in my nervousness didn’t realize how hot it was and it burned my tongue, took three days for it to come back to normal. But interestingly ever since then I’ve always desired very hot coffee. this mug caught My eye firstly because of the form factor, I hate short fat mugs, they are hard to grasp and they let all the heat out of the open top and this one had a much skinnier taller profile, was double wall insulated and of course electrically heated. It didn’t have very many reviews so I was a bit apprehensive at spending so much money but of course Amazon has a good return policy so there really wasn’t much of a risk. Now this has become one of my favorite mugs especially because it holds a legitimate 18 ounces of coffee, realistically 16 to keep it below the rim. In combination with its insulated walls, the heating element keeps the coffee at a very good 145 to 147° from start to finish which is better than the 145° or less for the Ember, Which was my very first electric mug a year or two ago. The quality is top notch, it fits into cupholders which the short fat mugs don’t. I haven’t run an exhaustive test on the duration of how long it will keep a mug of coffee hot, but in my many weeks of usage now the battery has barely budged during my normal consumption time of 1/2 to one hour for a large mug of coffee. Sleek, efficient, and convenient
This coffee cup/phone charger is awesome! The mug is sleek and lightweight and easy to use. You can control it right on the mug or use the app to determine temperature. It is so nice to not have to microwave my coffee because it never gets cold! I put my cold creamer in it first and give it a few minutes to warm, then add my coffee. It is great to be able to carry the mug around and not have to be tethered to a physical coffee warmer, too. The base charges the cup and also allows you to wirelessly charge your phone, which is super convenient. Recommend!
