I ordered this for a birthday party it was a Hugh hit the kids loved it . The heat level was high so I would recommend kids under 10 to get parent assistance. Great quality and overall easy to use . Cleaning was simple just wash the trays . Would I recommend this product value for money , absolutely.
It is a lot smaller than it appears to be in the photos. Really can only toast one marshmallow at a time or two if you're very close together. It does toast nicely though
I agree with all of the other reviews - so easy to use and heating element is perfect! First timer's tip - don't try to melt the chocolate on the high setting as it will burn so fast. Clearly that option is just meant for toasting marshmallows. The kids love it and it's been a huge hit for our house
It burns when you turn it on so keep a window open or just use smaller pieces of chocolate but overall great purchase

There seem to be lots of options for indoor s’more’s makers. Most of them use a flame of some sort, which is sort of inconvenient, so this unit with an electric element seemed like a cool thing to try out.This comes with lots of neat pieces. It comes with a set of six trays that interlock and surround the heating element, and it comes with fondue forks, cute little trays, and little fondue forks. It also comes with a little dish that goes on top of the element from melting chocolate.So as you can see in the video, it does do an OK job of toasting marshmallows. And you can for sure melt chocolate in the little tray but more on that in a bit. The problem is there’s no way to turn the heating element up or down, so it’s always on full blast. I put chocolate into the little tray, and within about 30 seconds it had burned. But then on the other hand, the element really isn’t large enough to cook the marshmallows unless you get really close to the element.It works OK and it is convenient, but the flame works better. And lastly, the little trays are sort of hard to put together. They’re just cheap plastic. So I don’t know, would only give three stars.
Kids loved it. Have not used the melter pot yet, but my son already has plans for strawberries.
