Perfect vibe for my kitchen

I have always loved the across-the-table runners that I've seen so often in France, but shorter runners are not very easy to come by. So I was thrilled when I found these. The size, the design and the colors were EXACTLY what I was hoping they would be. They are the perfect vibe I was looking for.Because there are several weights of linen fabric, I do want to mention that this linen material is on the thin side - it is not the weighty linen that tablecloths and kitchen towels are most often made from. I wouldn't call it flimsy, but it is lighter weight than I expected. That's not necessary a negative, because I can put placemats on them and they will lay nicely flat.I did have to steam iron them to get the creases from being folded out and I imagine they will require steam ironing every time they are washed. I will update if I encounter any problems when washing them.I've uploaded a photo of them on my table because I think it shows best what these runners look like.

Very pretty but not worth $15

I do mostly like this overall, as it’s the perfect style, color and size for my table.Drawbacks are, it’s very thin and see-through. A thin piece of cloth sewn in a simple rectangle is not worth $15.It also doesn’t launder properly, and would probably do best hand-washed, and certainly air dry it. The wrinkles will never come out of it after you wash it, no matter what you do. Spot cleaning likely won’t work, as it’s a thin linen type material that absorbs and stains easily. So consider this a cute runner that you’ll likely only have for a few months before you toss it. Only you can decide if that’s worth $15.
