Oh wow, where do I start? Easy to put together. Put your cooked chicken (no bones) on the spikes, set the lid on, push down, twist until shredding is done. A chicken breast is fully and evenly shredded in under 30 seconds. I did 8 big chicken breasts in less than 5 minutes, with even sized shreds.You can either hold the little handles in a gripping motion, or use the palms of your hands if you have arthritic fingers. If the piece of chicken is too big, cut in half. That’s probably the most work you’ll need to do! I’m hoping this will work for making pulled pork, and even minute steaks. I’m beyond impressed.
