Really a game-changer for meal prep. Great for big batches of soup. Allows me to freeze individual portions and then transfer the frozen soup to freezer bags. They are easy to clean and sturdy. It was easy to pop out the frozen contents. I i think they are pricey but they are well made so that eases the pain.
LOVE these! I love all the sizes that came with the set and the colors I got to choose from. I have made ahead some smoothies for the week and freeze them beautifully in the super cubes containers. It seals well, popping out my smoothie cubes are very easy, and cleaning these after use is easy as well. Very much worth the price!!

They have little markers on the side that tell you the exact measurments so there is no guessing. I like to freeze different sizes of one dish because we all eat different amounts.They take up a bit of realistate in the freezer but is totally worth it. They aren't too big and stack up will in the freezer.
