Fabulous bread bags - our favorite for gifts too!

As farmer's market shoppers, we often buy fresh sour dough bread. I've hated storing it in plastic or paper because it dries out. But these wax coated bread bags are fabulous - and fun. The print is adorable too. You simply put the bread inside and tightly roll up the additional fabric, then snap the clasp to seal it up. The bread stays fresh for a week or so, although fresh sour dough doesn't have preservative so enjoy it quickly! I feel like we are treating the bread with respect. Finally! We love these bags so much, we have given them to our two daughters as well who are just as delighted!

Better than other bags.

These look good and basically do job. They don’t really smell like some others. I love the way they close and I feel like the beeswax does help keep the bread fresh longer, but inside it doesn’t look great after you use it a few times and clean it. Continues to work though. Great size for artisan breads, sourdough, and short baguettes. I don’t know how long the inside will survive, but the outside is going to definitely be durable.
