Bread Pruffer
Works as advertised. Have a little trouble getting temperature to stay where I want it, but eventually do. Well worth the purchase price if you do alot of baking with yeast breads. Would recommend it.

Love this proof box. I now can make sourdough bread!
Worked well when it did. Only lasted 7 months
UPDATE: I sent my issue to the seller directly and they were EXTREMELY quick to respond and apologize.AMAZING SELLER RESPONSE: "I immediately looked at my sample to find the problem" and "My samples have been stored in an open environment for a long time." The seller asked for more details to understand the issue, but also said they were "very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, you do not need to return the product, we will give you a full refund. I know this does not make up for the inconvenience this product has caused, and only represents my sincerity in wanting to apologize. I have contacted our factory to troubleshoot the problem from both the mat and the bag. The bag has been replaced with a new material, and I'm following up on the response to the mat, and we will resolve the issue before sending out the next shipment."The bag has a small odor that I feel will go away after a bit. I cleaned the bag's inner lining with a sponge with soap and water and then a diluted water and vinegar solution. The smell is slightly there still.Con: The mat is the problem. I didn't notice the odor at first like I did with the bag, until I turned the heating mat on and put it in the bag with my starter. A few hours later when I unzipped the bag, the toxic plastic smell was overwhelming. I had already washed the mat with a sponge with soap and water and then a diluted water and vinegar solution when I cleaned the bag lining. This is when I had the starter in it and had to throw that starter away.I then started another sourdough starter and put a CLOSED lid on it so it wouldn't ruin this batch of starter and turned the mat on at 86 degrees Fahrenheit and have kept that on for 2 days straight now. The smell has not decreased at all yet. I will not proof a loaf in it until/if ever the toxic chemical odor is completely gone. If bread was proofed in it at this time, the bread would be contaminated.Pro: Outside of this persistent chemical odor from the mat, I love the ease, convenience, size, ability to proof a loaf and my sourdough starter in the same container, and the evenness of temperature provided by this proofing bag with mat. Fingers crossed the manufacturer can fix the issue. If there was no issue with mat, I would give the product a 5/5 review
I love this. I am using it to make sourdough starter and proofing my dough. I do have to set the thermostat 8 degrees higher to keep the inside temp where I need it. A thermometer inside helps to know where to set it. Easy to clean.
This item worked. My sour dough rose better than when I did not have it. However the instructions were not helpful at all. I think I figured out how to use the product, but I am not sure.
Best investment ever my bread is coming out amazing with this thing
