The reason I chose this product is because it stated "Beginner Friendly: Simple instruction guide and included recipe make it easy to start baking, wide-mouth starter jar allows easy feeding and tracking, perfect for those new to sourdough"There are literally no step by step instructions on HOW to get your sourdough starter, started.There is a basic recipe booklet for recipes to create AFTER the starter is successful.The items included are of good quality but I am not making closer to being able to make a sourdough starter. I have the tools but literally no knowledge on the steps to take to make a starter. Not even what flour to use to create a starter. I do not feel like this is beginner friendly at all. Attached is the picture of what they claimed to be instructions, but it is only a product list.
