Switching to all cast iron, stainless, or enameled cookware. These are perfect. Well made, durable. I greased and floured the pan for our muffins and had no sticking issues and cleaned up nicely.

Very good quality mini muffin pans. Love the color options! I baked cheesecake brownie bites and they came out perfect at 17 minutes on 335°. The pan provided even heating and the bottoms did not burn. I recommend this product.
I really want mini muffin trays from Le Creuset, but they don't exist. I bought these as others said they were easy to clean. my first few batches they were pretty ok, then by 10th/11th use it was way harder to clean. some coating seems to have come off and now these are really difficult to clean. :(
I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the mini muffin tins. They are thick, heavy duty, chef quality, and I can't wait to put them to use. I hadn't thought too much about making mini muffins in the past because all the recipes I had read made them seem so tiny. However, these tins appear to make more of a "two-bite" muffin. I love the size and plan on using a recipe that allows me to inject jam or pie filling into the muffins for my grandsons. The non-stick ceramic coating will make them a breeze to use and clean up. You can tell by the look and feel that these pans are made of high-quality materials that should a long time if I take care of them properly. I wash everything by hand since I don't have a dishwasher, so I don't worry about things rusting or items being damaged in that way. I just use Dawn and a dishcloth and tend to have good luck with most things that need special care or have any ceramic coating. Highly Recommend this product.
I don’t usually buy non-stick products but I am delighted with this product. I made 2 batches of brownies (one with nuts, one without) and they came out of the pan with no problem. My company enjoyed them because they were bite size (fewer crumbs)!
