IT IS ONE-PIECE, does not come apart, but I like it!
I just received it and only used it once. So I can not vouch for durability. I like the sturdiness and design, the length of the handle and the spatula part. It works great inside my jars, which is exactly what I needed it for (I needed a spatula to reach inside mason jars and other small-opening jars), as I can scrape sides of jars down or out to get “the last bit” in them.That said, as other reviewers said, when I received it, the label attached to it was stuck between the handle and the spatula head, and the head does not come off! I had to pull on the tag (made of plastified paper) and cut off the tag with a pairing knife.Which makes me wonder about its sanitary cleanliness. It’s great that it goes into dishwasher, but sometimes it is simpler to hand wash one item, so food that gets stuck in the crevices isn’t a good thing. But that’s not a big deal as I’ll be putting it into the dishwasher anyway.The handle feels nice, as its weight is well balanced, and it’s not heavy. I imagine if your hands gets greasy, say with oil, butter, or something sticky, it’d probably be a bit slippery. So the wooden or even plastic handles ones, would be better. But this is true for any utensil with a metal slick (slim and round) handle like this one, I don’t see that as a problem overall.The head of the spatula is long and flexible, so it cleans the sides of your jars very good, and wipes off easy.I really like it, so if you’re looking for a good sturdy spatula, this is it.I’ll probably look into buying some of the other sizes in this Tovolo line as well.

High quality and value, even if a little smaller than expected
Overall I’m pretty happy with these. A little smaller than I expected, but should be useful for tighter spaces (scooping the last few bits from a small jar), and seem to be high quality. 600°F limit is pretty high, and the stainless handles should stand up to leaving them to soak overnight as well as easy dishwasher cleaning.

Has a slight texture.
This is a nice, well made spatula, however it’s not my favorite because it has a slight texture to the silicone and I find that food sticks to it. I typically use it for when I’m sautéing say onions peppers and mushrooms and I find I’m constantly banging it on the side of the pan to get the remaining onions off and even then I have to use another utensil to scrape them off. So for me, it’s not my go-to.

Perfect Scraper!
This is a great little scraper. It's nice and bendy along the edges to get every bit of whatever you're scraping, and it's also very sturdy. Love the long handle. And they last forever if you don't happen to leave one in a food processor that might still have the blades moving. It's awesome for peanut butter jars and pretty much anything else you can think of.
