Good thing it was cheap...
Good thing you get 2... Washers are thin and will fold. Springs are fine. Rubber cushions are a joke. The ones I received look nothing like the ones in the picture.

The spring works beautifully. The washer does not fit in the screw hole. The directions (which are not included.. I can only use the reference photos in this app) are unclear exactly how it is inserted.
Spring And Washer was Ok but Everdime doesn't fit into the hole.
Easy to install and does the job, but honestly not sure it was necessary for my mixer. The springs and washers fit fine and add some extra tension, which could help keep attachments more secure. Quality seems decent for what it is, though the rubber pieces feel a little on the cheap side. If you’ve had issues with your KitchenAid attachments slipping off, this might give some peace of mind. For me, it solved a problem I wasn’t really having, so I’d call it “good but not essential.”
I thought I'd try these. I've never had a problem with my implements falling off my mixer stand in the past. But, I always was a little surprised that they stayed on so well. But, these springs do provide some tension pushing the implement down on the shaft for a more secure attachment. But, my conclusion is that its a product looking to solve a problem that doesn't exist (for me).Its easy to install. Just wind the spring on shaft and then split the soft washer enough to get it over the shaft pin. I had mine installed in about 1 minute. The, the implement goes on just as before. The spring only pushes the implement down on the shaft pin so it won't somehow get pushed up and fall off during mixing. I have the "lift" version of the Kitchen Aid Mixer and not the "tilt" version. So, I didn't need to use the little black plastic items that come with this product. The product does what it says it does. So, it you have had an implement fall off, this may work for you.
