Love This Zester!
My old zester broke awhile back and I was in the market for a new one so when this popped up I was excited and boy am I glad I grabbed it! It is one of the nicest zesters I have used before! Straight out of the box I could tell it is very well made and quite sturdy feeling in the hand, and when using it it is rock solid. No flexing or bending and no give were the handle meets the grater, just solid well made construction. The grater itself is very sharp and zests with ease, you have to apply very little pressure to use it versus my old one that even when new was quite dull. The handle is also very comfortable and even after extended use zesting lemons my hand was not hurting or feeling tired out. The included grater guard is a nice touch and fits nice and snug, a definite must to prevent grating your hand when digging through the tool drawer. Overall I am extremely pleased with this zester and at its very reasonable price point I recommend it to anyone in the market for a well made and sharp zester! Five Stars!

Great zester/fine grater for your kitchen
Fastest way to get zesty! This rasp-style zester/grater removes the zest off of any citrus fruit faster than you can say "lemon!"It has a non-slip handle & plate grip on the other end, which I can appreciate in my kitchen. A cover keeps the sharp surface clean & safe from harm or harming other things (or hands). The zester doesn't flex like some other cheaper ones and doesn't slide around with the "foot" grip (not sure what it's called).But with a quick tap and/or swipe with a scrubbing brush, it cleans up quickly (as long as you clean it before food dries on it). I fits easily in the dishwasher, drawer, utensil crock storage or hanging on the wall. It is a good size, but not big like a full-sized carpenter's rasp.I expect this to last many years & remain sharp with the quality of this item.

Best zester I've ever owned
I've been looking for a good zester for awhile now, and after several disappointments I came across this gem. My search is finally over! (yes, I know I can spend a hunk of cash on something real nice but I'm cheap lol) This zester is more rigid than any consumer-grade wand-style tools I've used, thanks to the pair of steel bars that run the perimeter of the grater plate. The handle is comfortable, and there's even a little rubber foot at the tip so you can set the end on a tabletop and it won't slide when you push. The small pattern grating holes are quite sharp, so be careful when you're working! But they do an awesome job of zesting fruit skins. And when you're all cleaned up, there's a plastic guard that snaps on top of the grater to protect the edges (and your fingers). Best part? You're out the door for under $10! Few kitchen gadgets are indispensable, but this one might make that cut.

Sharp Quality Zester
This zester is excellent quality and more heavy duty than expected. It's stainless steel and comes with a little safety cover. You probably won't need a replacement for a very long time.I like that it has a grippy stop on the end so you can brace it on the counter or in a bowl and it doesn't slip. The handle has the same grippy material and was comfortable to hold.This is a "fine" grater, but it was perfect for my cranberry orange muffins. It was easy to clean with a dish brush and doesn't take up much space, but it is longer than I expected it would be compared to my old one.Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and function of this zester and would recommend it to others.
