My first experience with a Pullman style loaf pan and could not be happier. The corrugated build make for clean, crisp edges and easy removal after baking with minimal to no stickiness.. Makes a 2.5 lb dough easily.
I love this pan. My bread comes out perfectly. The size is also perfect for my sourdough recipe.
This loaf pan is perfect not only for the baking but since the bread doesn’t last long it’s perfect as storage too!

This product started out great, but then after several uses, the non-stick coating started to come off on the food. Don't buy. They state in the description that they have excellent customer service, however there is no phone number, email, or website to reach out to them. I followed the directions for baking and washing that the manufacture outlines and the coating still came off.
Makes a great loaf shape. My only complaint would be that the finish is showing a bit of wear after maybe 10 uses.
My wife loves them.
