Love the quality of this knife. The handle is extremely comfortable and the size is perfect for larger cuts of meat. Cleans up easily and the original packaging make for perfect storage and blade protection. The knife is really sharp looking...pun intended.

The quality and cutting power is much better than I anticipated. I used them to cut NY strips from a huge slab of beef. Love this knife.
This is a great knife. It cuts smooth and seems to maintain its sharpness. The biggest issue is it took a month to get to me. Amazon, as it does so often now days, seems to have "lost" it for a while and was very late getting it to me. But, at least, it did get to me. More often than it should happen, orders seem to just disappear in shipping. And Amazon rarely does anything to "make it right" as they state. Terrible shipping. Great product.
Excellent knife that is priced to replace as needed.
The knife came nicely packed. I didn’t find it to be as sharp as my 10 year old chefs knife set from Costco. I will return the knife which is disappointing as I thought it would be a nice gift as well.
I buy the whole Ribeye's at Costco and cut into individual steaks... this knife makes it soooo easy, already paid for the knife with the money I saved on the steaks - only thing I had to do to it was drill a hole in the handle to hang it. Great knife
