High-quality, highly polished, weighted serving spoons that will last a lifetime

Ever since I retired, I have been having soup for lunch and ladling it from the pan to my soup bowl with a soup spoon. It takes as many spoons full to fill my dish as it does to eat my soup! It’s time consuming and boring! Still, I don’t want to use my ladle, because it has a wooden handle and I can’t just plunk it in my crock to soak with my other silverware after a meal. So, when I saw these serving spoons, I knew they would be the middle ground solution I am looking for.About the spoons …so nice! I didn’t realize the handles would be so thick and weighted or that they would be curved. They feel very substantial in my hand. Also, they are highly polished and reflective, so even though they are made of stainless steel, like my other tableware, they feel like they are of higher quality. The curved handles make it easier to hold the spoon at just the right angle to dish the food. It’s a pleasure to use them, and use them I do …every day. The solid one has been perfect for ladling my soup. And the slotted one is great for draining and dishing canned vegetables, among other things.I took a couple of pictures to show you what I received: 1- as they arrived, in the box; 2- out of the box, curved handles; 3- spoon w ruler, showing length.The price of these high-quality spoons seems reasonable. They are very durable and you will be passing them on to your children and grandchildren after using them for many years yourself. They fall into the price range of a low-cost gift and would be appreciated by most anyone who doesn’t already have enough serving spoons (does anyone?). Great as a housewarming gift or for yourself

I received the stainless steel cooking spoon set in the color silver. They come with both a solid and spotted spoon, they are comfortable to use, heavy duty and durable. I use them almost daily while cooking, but I also like that they are fancy enough for entertaining as well.
