Spacious wonderful cutting board
This stainless-steel cutting board surpassed my expectations. It is really big and spacious for comfortable meal preparation, and I like that a lot. I have tried other smaller cutting boards, but this one is so spacious that it gives you more flexibility. The stainless steel is grade 304 which makes it very resistant to rusting. It has a nice handle to carry it and store it. The board has a feature that I like, it has a small etched channel all around its rectangular perimeter that allows any fluids from meat or fruits to remain on the board without spillage (only on one side so you know what side you were cutting). Compared to plastic or wood boards this stainless-steel board is much safer for meal preparation and less likely to harbor bacteria.I also like the fact that it is made by a small, family-owned company rather than mass produced. Stainless steel is nonporous so there is less chance of fluids sipping through. This allows the preparation of certain products like meats to be prepared on one side and then you can flip the board to the other side and use it for fruits and veggies. It is suggested by the manufacturer to use it on a non-slip surface. This might be difficult to achieve in my quartz kitchen top. But the size allows you for less chance of errors while cutting.

Thin, but sturdy
This cutting board is thinner than your typical wooden or glass cutting board, but it is very sturdy and does not bend when lifted. I like that it is stainless steel and that it is dishwasher safe. Of course it will get knife marks in it, but what cutting board doesn't. This feels much safer for meats than my other cutting boards.

Damaged during shipping.
Arrived with a bent corner, probably due to shipping in a very thin cardboard cover as other reviewers have mentioned. Otherwise the cutting board is nice— heavy stainless steel and a good size. I’m keeping mine because it’s too much trouble to go through the return process when the same damage might happen the next time. This type of damage might be avoidable if the cutting board was shipped in a sturdier cardboard cover or an Amazon box with paper packing to protect it.

I found my new favorite cutting board. I went from plastic to wood, both of which have downfalls with microplastics and germ/bacteria hosting. This was a last ditch effort to find the right cutting board for our personal health and safety. First impression was how big this was! I do a lot of cooking and have already used this several times and it was perfect for the amount of meat, veggies and fruit I cut up. It is a breeze to clean! I didn't really have to scrub. I just a soft wash cloth and dawn with hot water. Then I dried it right way. Obviously there are knife marks like any good cutting board will have but they are super small compared to other materials. The only down fall was the etched groove. There were small shards of metal sticking up from the edges of the groove and its really rough. My first use I ended up with metal splinter from my finger sliding across the groove. I'm mot sure how much of a food safety issue this is but I just used the back side of the cutting board and it solved the problem. Otherwise the edges on the outside border were super smooth!

Worth the wait
I have been looking at stainless cutting boards for a while now but couldn't find one that I really liked.One of the perks of this one is the juice groove. My main purpose for this particular cutting board is to use it for cutting up meat. The stainless steel will be effortless to sanitize. And the juice groove will help in keeping messes contained.The cutting board itself is large, strong, sturdy and has a heavy weight to it despite being so thin. But being smooth metal, it does have the tendency to slide around on the counter ever so slightly. Since I only plan to ever use one side of this cutting board, I put some small silicone cabinet door bumpers on the underside corners and that solved the sliding issue immediately.I also appreciate the small indent in the handle in the event that I may choose to hang this cutting board up on a hook. It is a pet peeve of mine when cutting boards lack this detail as the board can slide around on a hook.
