A great multipurpose cutting board

I’m very pleased with this cutting board. It’s sturdy and heavy, and both the stainless side and the wheat straw side are very handy. The size is ample for having a few different chopping and slicing projects going on simultaneously.Why did I choose this one over similar products? Three reasons: The handy handle that turns to become a stand is very handy indeed. The little garlic/ ginger grater that’s built in is also very convenient and, since I don’t have to take out a grater for that job, there’s less to wash. Finally, the knife sharpening wedge on the side means less grabbing for the knife steel. I’m very pleased with this purchase and recommend it highly.

I got this because I have celiac disease and wanted a cutting board that was cleanable if glutton got on it. I love that it has a stand. And even with knife marks its easy to clean. Knives scratch it up but I find they aren't the grooves that a plastic or wooden cutting board gets. Its a little on the heavier side but not overly heavy. And I like that its two sided.

I have very sharp knives. This stainless steel board scratches easily. With a few dents because i chop things. I would rethink this kind of board. At least another brand. I have only had this under one month.
