I love this cutting board! I can sharpen my knife while working! What a bonus! It's durable, easy to use, easy to clean, and the size is perfect. I cut and deboned 80 lbs. of chicken with this board within days of receiving it.
It serves its purpose but is a little less sturdy than I thought it would be. The knife sharpener is both clever and handy.
Love this cutting board
Stainless steel is perfect for no transfer of food; so if you are cutting onion or garlic and then cut fruit it will not have that after taste. It is useful for placing meat and leaving in the fridge. Best of all because it is non-porous you wash with bleach and it will not damage the item or hold onto it and therefore not be toxic. The opposite side of this is not one that I would use regularly but helpful to have for cold foods. I didn’t find the grating bumps to be particularly helpful; it was difficult to get all the garlic and ginger out of it due to the bumps. The open handle gave storage options and the board itself isn’t too heavy given its materials.

More prone to scratches than I expected. The rim/lip/edge of the board prevents chopped veggies etc. from sliding off with ease.
