Materials not meant to last. Also smaller than expected. If you use it as a deep fryer, you may be able to fit a chicken thigh and a leg just to give you an idea on size. The aluminum is thin and will dent easily. It’s almost as thin as a tin can. I’m not overly strong and I could probably warp it just by pressing on the sides. Definitely not durable.
I was really looking forward to using this Stainless Steel Deep Fryer for outdoor cooking, especially with the warmer weather rolling in. While it technically does everything it promises—basket, lid, oil filter screen, etc.—I was honestly a bit let down.First, the size. It’s a bit smaller than I anticipated based on the product photos and description. It’s fine for small batches, but if you’re planning to fry for more than one or two people or even cook larger items, be prepared to do it in rounds.Second, the quality. The stainless steel feels thinner than I expected, and the basket doesn’t feel super sturdy when full. It works, but I wouldn't call it "heavy-duty" by any means. It gets the job done for casual use, but I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up over time with repeated cooking or high-heat frying like it is intended to do.That said, it is lightweight and portable, and I do appreciate the oil filter screen—it’s a nice touch for keeping things cleaner. Just temper your expectations a bit if you're looking for a long-term or more professional-grade fryer.
I am not much of a camper, however the idea of being able to fry fries, scones, or any fried delight while camping I am all there for. I am actually quite impressed with everything this fry pack has to offer, the pan itself is a little thin and if you were to cook this over an open flame I do not think it will last long, however if you have a griddle top or base that it can sit over and not quite directly on an open flame it might last longer. The tongs of course are very flimsy and I would recommend getting a more reliable pair but it was a nice added touch. I do love the fry basked provided, great quality to me, and there is a griddled base to sit this pan on when done frying. The pot itself is fantastic because you have a handle that can screw on or off, there is a lid that will snap onto it if you have extras or need a secure way to transport oil which is much appreciated, but I love the sturdiness and secure suction it provides.Over all a great fry kit to change up the camping menu and would highly recommend if you want to try something new.
Durable, lightweight, works well, easy to clean. So far so good. I like the size of it not too big or too small.
Absolutely love this pan for indoor and outside cooking! Easy to clean not super small or super large can fit about 4-5 chicken thighs at a time. Love this frying pan!
Pot stains fast amd looks cheap but good
