I love this! I make keto friendly sweets and this is what I use to create my cacao treats. I have not used the bottom as I place the red handled dish directly over my small pot on the stove and it works perfectly! It is small but I only do small batches.
I paid close attention to size and I purchased the 1200ml it is the perfect mid size that I was looking for. I recently bought a different brand that was way too large and the top pot wobbled and I ended up returning it. This one is perfect and much steadier, sits flat. It is exactly what I need for melting chocolate. Super even melt and easy to use. I’m not a stove top expert at all and even mastered using this product. I did wish it had come with a basic instruction sheet but it did not come with any literature. I ended up going back to the description on Amazon to get care instructions though so it worked out.
Not only is this cute, but it's also great for those small batches I need; it allows me to switch to another flavor.

Great pot, worked very well to melt chocolate but the edges of the melting pot are sharp. While washing the pot I sliced my finger open because the edge of the pot was not filed down.
