No more shaking my pepper shaker for 20 minutes to get pepper on my food!
Finally a pepper shaker that doesn't require a 20 minute shaking workout to get some pepper on your food!My soul purpose for ordering these was I have spent my entire life fighting to get pepper out of lame shakers on to my food and now that is no longer a problem. As a matter of fact, I have to be careful not to get too much with this.These things look nice, but not fancy, seem very well made, and won't rust if they get wet. For the price, these are a good quality replacement for the lame pepper shaker in your life.I am sure these are meant to be for actually cooking and using things like powdered sugar in them and they should be great for that. They are large enough to hold plenty of whatever you want to shake out of them, while also not being to large in size.For the price, these are a great value pepper shaker or other spice shakers.

Good for Baking
I am using these for baking. They will come in handy for dusting the surfaces. One will be labeled flour and the other powdered sugar. I wish they came with labels, but I will use blue repositionable painters tape to make my own labels. I haven't washed them yet so I can't comment on their durability in the dishwasher.

Perfect sized holes
I make my own rubs for smoking meats and it has been a real problem trying to find something with the correct size holes for sprinkling. Most are way too big to allow control and some are so small that they easily clog.The hole sizing on this one is perfect for my needs. I added one of my rubs and did a test run over a white plate and the control I had was great. I should be able to get a nice even coating of seasoning on my food with this.There is a sticker on the bottom of these and to my surprise, it peeled off easily leaving no gummy residue. Sometimes stickers are near impossible to remove so this was a pleasant surprise.The top easily screws on and off with no chance of it falling off while you are using it. There is no way to seal the contents so you will have to transfer leftovers to another container for storage.These are lightweight but sturdy and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. This was a great find and a good value.

Not great quality shakers
These stainless steel shaker containers are just "ok". Propee size but Not very thick and slightly difficult to open upon receipt. I was afraid I was going to bend the metal trying to get them open. Functionality: Also seems like the top could just pop off while shaking. I haven't had a malfunction yet but I'm questioning when it might happen. Not overly impressed with the quality of this item.

These seasoning shakers are well-made and perfect for any spice. My plan for these is a combination of my favorite spices, including curry, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. It's what I add to almost all of my Paleo meals, and these shakers are big enough to mix them all together so I only have to bring out one spice bottle when quickly throwing together a meal.
