I was looking for a replacement spatula for the one that I’ve been using for about 40 years. I love the one I have, but it was getting a little worn. I needed something that was flexible for flipping pancakes (my daughter’s favorite). I ordered these because it stated that they are flexible in the description and they actually are! I made pancakes this weekend while my daughter’s family was here and they turned out perfectly thanks to the new spatula!
I bought several spatulas after throwing away my black plastic spatula when I read about PFAS leaking from black plastic kitchen utensils. All the other metal ones I bought had thick edges - impossible to use for turning eggs or pancakes, or sliding under stuck on bits in the pan. Why are they even sold? They are worse than useless! The 2 plastic ones I bought also had thick edges and actually started melting in the frying pan!!!! This one is perfect! Works great! If you've been searching for a good spatula - this is the one to buy!

I've been searching for a flexible spatula for a long time. I bought this brand and bought both the large and smaller spatula. I LOVE them. Really great flexibility in the frying pan. I would give it Five Stars except for the fact that it is very hard to clean because the egg sticks to the metal and I have to really scrub it with steel wool to get it clean. Other than that the price was right and delivery was quick. I do recommend it if you want a FLEXIBLE spatula.
It is quite light and has thin blade thaeadily slides under the item on the skillet.
I'm pleased with order spatula larger then I was using much more professional. Many to choose from may have picked the best. Great shipping from Amazon.
We do a lot of single egg cooking in a small cast iron pan. As such needed a smaller spatula with a bit of flex. The MEDIUM sized spatula is just what we needed. Finally the search for the right one is over!
