Stainless steel container is sturdy and appears to be well made. Love the clasps on the cover which are hinged and not just a plastic piece which could break over time. So far, am really satisfied with the product. Would like to have some larger containers with the same qualities as these are--sturdy, with hinged clasps on the cover which are made of hard plastic and not the kind that warps when put in the dishwasher.
This solidly made product. The sizes are what I need and it is easy to freeze. Also the lids with snaps are easy for me to use.
I’ve been updating my food storage containers and am not a fan of glass, for the weight and breaking if dropped. These containers are very lightweight and work well for my needs.
I didn't think it's like these, buuut... they are durable, they stack inside each other and they stack with my glass containers, also. The lids seal well, even after washing, and lids are also easy to close.
Good quality, good sizing and material. The only downside part is that it is not leak proof.
Update: Careful when opening the clips on the tops...I cracked 2 fingernails below the nailbed trying to open them!These stack well and inside of each other when not in use. There is a silicone seal to prevent leaks. The tops fit well and have clips to secure them, but are really hard to open. I like the idea of stainless steel instead of glass...no breakage. The large size set is still smaller than what I envisioned, but they will be put to use though...in the freezer and refrigerator, along with the pantry. Not sure I would buy them again, time will tell.
