I was concerned about the bolts for the handles, but quickly realized that they're very sturdy and also removing them helps with cleaning.You must be very, very patient and make sure every drop of water beads and dances on the surface before adding oil, and swirl the oil to cover the entire bottom of the pan before adding your food. If you do this, it's beautifully non stick!
It's not a nonstick pan....my potatoes stuck to the pan even when cooking on low heat (yes, I put oil in the pan before cooking). I have a gas stove for reference.
