Durable pans
I purposely waited a few months before reviewing. I am very happy with these pans. Very durable, easy to clean. I have had no issues with the nonstick surface degrading over time. I did however season my pans before use which was not provided with any instructions to do so when I received my pans. The lids don’t have the same quality/durability feel as I do with the pans but it isn’t a negative that would prevent me from buying the set.

Nonstick feature does not last long.
This pan set is one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I’ve gone through cheap nonstick pants for years and I’ve always been disappointed in the short amount of time that they stay nonstick. I decided to spend more this time to hopefully get better performance. I bought these in July ‘24 and they are both useless at this point. One with tons of use and the other, the larger one pictured, with very little use. I was frying potatoes in avocado oil in this picture to make a Spanish tortilla. Non-stick is non existent on this pan. I will say that soaking the pan for a short amount of time after having things stick to it, makes clean up very easy. There has to be better pans out there.

I bought these as a gift and they turned out to be very good . Heavy sides so no scorching issues that I expected to be honest . As I looked closer I see these are 304 grade stainless steel so I understand the weight and the quality now. They are so good I am now ditching my old ones and getting a set for myself . You will be very pleased
