Exactly what I needed!

I have a big, clunky 24-oz Thermos-brand 'drink bottle' I drink my coffee from so it stays hot while I'm buried in work at my desk. While it does what it's supposed to do, the problem is that when I'm on a Zoom call, it's super awkward to drink from since it's so big, and the flip cap blocks the screen I'm supposed to keep my eye on. To thwart that, whenever I have a meeting, I bring a ceramic coffee cup into my office to pour coffee into before drinking whilst on Zoom to avoid the dorky drinking mode. 😉 This is the perfect solution! Not only does it keep my coffee nice and hot, but the detachable lid doubles as a cute little coffee cup that I can pour my coffee into while on screen, and since it's stainless-steel lined, I don't have to try to drink it fast before it cools off as I do with the ceramic mug. I'm not a big tea drinker, although I do tend to migrate toward tea when I have a cold, so I appreciate that this has a built-in infuser should I want to use it for that. I'll never use this as a water bottle, as I purposely chose it for coffee, and since I like my coffee extra hot, this works to keep it that way. This is a great gift idea for that coffee or tea drinker in your life - highly recommend!

Broke in first fall

Pretty good, but pretty average.

Important to review things according to use case/description. The description here is, essentially "do-all." However, this is much better for some uses than others. Yeah, you CAN treat it as an insulated water bottle, but...it's not set up for that. It's set-up for tea; making and transporting tea. With a built-in cup. Just be clear on that. (Has a built-in strainer, but when not for tea this doesn't create problems.)like:- good insulation; hot stuff stays hot, cold stays cold.- built-in cup...if you want a built-in cup.dislike:- ill-suited as a water bottle, for many reasons (incl. opening too small for ice)- top-cup more-or-less mandatory, for both aesthetic and protective reasons, but you don't always need that cup- "sip-only" mechanism; no "chug" or sip-straw options. Just lift the bottle to pour.- top-cap (under cup) both hideously ugly and fragile-seeming; what do you do when that thing breaks?value: About average for coffee/tea bottles Nothing special in either direction.in sum: Really, you're getting this for hot tea, and that's it. If you're looking to do something other than drink hot tea, not this. And if hot tea, I might look for something with a less-proprietary top (though still with an infuser, from which I could pour my tea into a cup.
