Love these! My old tongs were about 15 years old and not the "prettiest". So when I saw this set, I was so happy to get an upgrade. The wood handles are classy and go well with my rustic chic kitchen decor. You get two and both sizes are really handy for different uses. Plus they wash really well and do not tarnish. I would not recommend putting them in the dishwasher every time (or maybe at all). I admit that I am guilty of doing that when I am lazy. After a couple months, they still hold up well and come out clean, but the wood handle will start to slowly roughen up after repeated washes in the dishwasher. Otherwise, these are perfect!
