Withstands anything you throw at it
I never thought using a meat chopper to break up ground beef would be so satisfying, but I am forever changed. I really appreciate the quality and the weight of this meat chopper, it is far sturdier than ones i've used in the past, which were mostly plastic and could never last much longer than about a year. But this one washes up super easily and without any warping or discoloration from hot water, heat from the stove, or food/oil, and that's more than I can say for any other similar gadgets i've used. If something happened to my current one and it needed replacing (which I don't see happening anytime soon), I would definitely re-buy!

Chops meat fast and into small pieces
I have another similar item, and the handle came off, but I managed to glue the wood to the metal using the right kind of glue. The handle on this one is securely attached. I appreciate the metal chopper end because it chops meat more effectively than the plastic ones. The distinction between the metal and plastic is that the plastic chopper can be used with any cooking pan; the metal is only suitable for stainless steel pans without coatings.
