Perfect in every way. Great value. Washes up great in dishwasher. Hasn't rusted or discolored. Cooks evenly. Makes nice crisp DiGiorno sized pizza. Actually fits in our dishwasher. Exactly the stainless steel pizza pan we were looking for.
Even cooking and easy cleanup. Easily handles any pizza to 14 inches and a bit more if you need it. This will last for years and years of use.
Good pan so far. Does not warp at 450 degrees. I am purchasing another. Many of the other pans on Amazon are thinner and have warp issues. Frozen pizza does stick a little so I will use a little oil next time. Came out clean in the dish washer. Fits perfectly in my Ninga oven.

This pan works great. I have a real brick wood fired oven that gets up to 1200 degrees. Yes 1200. I started using this for the pizza dough instead of just putting on the brick floor of the oven. Put some oil on it , place the dough. Throw it in and in a few minutes you've got a great dough. I've learned that pre cooking the dough on this pan is the new way to go.Cook until it's golden brown, take it out. Flip it over, put your toppings on. Put it back in the oven either on this tray or not and you've got a great crisp pizza.
Very nice quality round pan
This is a very good size that allows me to make a pizza that will make at least two meals for us. It is only an inch and a half smaller than the commercial aluminum pan we have been using for years now. I never like aluminum for kitchen utensils, the grey oxidation that forms on it can't be good for your health. Finally we found this one here on Amazon and figured we would give it a try. My three cup gluten free crust recepie fits perfectly in this pan. Like one reviewer said, the pan is slightly convex. That makes it reall handy in spreading out the dough, you just rotate the pan, pushing the dough outboard to the edges. Gluten pizza dough is not handled the way wheat flour doughs are.I sprayed a little coconut spray ont he pan, spread it out and parbake the crust. I put on the toppings and bake it until the cheese browns on top, done. I couldn't believe it, the pizza, with just a little nudge from a spatula, it slid right off onto my cutting board to be cut up. The pan cleaned very easily. The crust was baked exactly like the commercial pan. The pan is thick enough, sturdy enough that it didn't pop or distort when in the oven. I finished off the toppings at 410 degrees.
