Great Pan!
As soon as I got this (and gave it a wash), I loaded it up with chicken thighs and potatoes and veggies. I rubbed down the checken with a BBQ rub from Buc-cees (sprayed a little avocado oil on the bottom of the pan first, sprinkled a little olive oil over the ingredients. Baked at 375 for 90 minutes and it was perfect. The pan cleaned up fast and easy and shiny as brand new. It has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all plus has handles. Finally got rid of the old aluminum pan I had all these years.

Great roasting pan for the price.
For the price this is a great roasting pan, When I first pulled it out of the box I was disappointed because it felt flimsy and seemed like it would scorch. Pleasantly surprised, cooked a 14 lb turkey and it came out perfectly and pan cleaned up beautifully. Def recommend this if you do not want to spend 175.00 on a roasting pan.

Peels easily
Works as it’s supposed to and it is very light and versatile. There were no sharp edges. The reason I’m only giving 3 stars is because the stainless steel coating is peeling off and I can see some rust forming. I’ve only used it 3 times and hand wash with a non abrasive sponge and immediately dry and put away so I was shocked to see the peeling.
