Great for controlled thickness

I love the little height adjusters - this is a feature I never knew existed and they work very well as long as what you are rolling is smaller than the pin. It's perfect for pie crust. The only complaint I have is I wish it was wood instead of metal - flour just does not stick to the metal and a sticky dough will just grab right on. I found that placing the rolling pin in the freezer for 30 minutes before using helped a bit.

I use one for Pie Crust, one for Cookies and the third for Cinnamon roll dough. It is easy to clean and doesn't require a lot of flour to keep stuff from sticking to the rolling pin.
