Helps make perfectly flat cookies that are all the same thickness

I love this rolling pin! It has really improved the quality of my sugar cookies because it makes the cookies uniform in thickness. This rolling pin allows you to make perfectly flat and smooth cookies that are all the same size which allows them to bake uniformly on the same cookie sheet. It’s a nice sturdy rolling pin. I like the markings are all engraved and not printed so they won’t fade or come off over time. I lightly coat the rolling pin with flour and it works great so the dough does not stick to the rolling pin either. It is very easy to adjust the thickness guides on the ends. It is also very easy to clean. Highly recommend this rolling pin especially for sugar cookies!
