Great for cookies

Looking around on Amazon, I found this spatula at a reasonable price. I got the large size as the medium size seems too small for my use. The dimensions in the product illustration are correct. I have not used it for anything other than cookie making so cannot attest to its characteristics for general cooking. I mostly use non-stick pans in which I would never use a metal utensil, but this spatula is sturdy and flexible enough to be used for general cooking. The blade is well attached to the handle with two rivets, the handle is comfortable and the shape works well for me. I do not have a dishwasher (other than myself) so do not know how well it holds up to washing in one. The price was right and it fulfills my needs.

Goldilocks' spatuals

It's been hard to find decent kitchen tools recently. Nothing is made in the US anymore and the selection is poor. I've been using a "too old and damaged" spatula for too long, because in my searches the most prevalent ones out there are stiff, single pieces of steel with very poor handles and the flexibility of a brick. I have others that are too flexible and take much weight before bending.I took a chance on these (I got the set of two) and I'm glad I did; they're both excellent. They feel good in the hand, sizes are great, they appear to be a high quality stainless, and the most important thing is they have the right amount of flexibility. If I were to only get one I'd start with the smaller one, but I actually use both and as I said before, I'm glad I got the set. I almost want to buy another back up set, but as good as they are I don't want to start hording spatulas.If you want a "real" flexible spatula like you used to be able to find anywhere, as opposed to a brick or a floppy piece of thin steel these are worth trying. Definitely an easy BUY recommendation!
